It's time again for another refreshing summer drink! Thanks for all the feedback on the Watermelon Slushie , I'm so happy about that.
When it comes to beverages, my focus lays on simplicity. Easy to make, yet delicious, that's my goal. I kind of invented this smoothie on my own (I'm sure it already exists and I just didn't know about it before) while I was at home and studying.
All you need is:
- A handful of blueberries
- 200ml Soy Milk
- 2 tablespoons of joghurt
- 1-2 teaspoons of sugar (optional)
ut all the ingredients together, blend them up and enjoy!
There's a lot of variation in this recipe: You can use a different milk (for example cow's milk, coconut milk, oat milk, etc.). You can also skip the sugar. In addition, you can also add a banana, it makes the shake a bit more nutritive. If you want a vegan drink, just don't put yoghurt in it or go for soy yoghurt. Also, if it's especially hot, I recommend putting 3-5 ice cubes in it.
Which drink keeps you cool in summer?
